Conor Sherlock – Chief Executive Officer
Conor is a highly experienced professional specialising in children’s residential care, with extensive expertise in service management, compliance, and safeguarding.
Conor holds a BA Level 8 in Applied Social Studies. Conor has over a decade of Senior leadership experience in children’s services including, residential care, fostering and aftercare services in the voluntary, statutory, and private sector as well as leading the development of children’s services abroad.
Conor brings a strong commitment to ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and governance in children’s residential services. Conor is an integral part of the success of Harmony Care.

Simon Hogan – Chief Operations Office
Simon is the newly appointed Chief Operating Officer at Harmony Care, bringing over 20 years of expertise in the social care sector.
With a BA in Applied Social Studies, Simon has dedicated his career to supporting children, young people, and adults who have experienced significant trauma in their early childhood.
For the past 17 years, Simon has worked in residential care, both directly assisting vulnerable individuals as part of care teams as well as leading teams in both Tusla and HIQA registered services.
His experience includes senior management roles where he provided trauma-informed, person-centred care while ensuring high standards across all services.
Simon is passionate about empowering care teams to prioritise safety, dignity, and long-term wellbeing in the care they offer. As COO at Harmony Care, he is committed to driving meaningful change, fostering a culture of compassion, excellence, and resilience in care.

William Gillman – HR Director
Will is a highly experienced HR professional with a strong track record across the public, private, and community sectors. He brings specialist expertise in employee relations, employment law, and organisational change, with a particular focus on delivering pragmatic, people-centred solutions.
Will holds a senior role advising on complex HR matters including TUPE, restructuring, pay negotiations, and employment compliance. With a background in both operational and strategic HR, he is committed to fostering fair, inclusive, and high-performing workplaces. Will plays a central role in supporting leadership teams and driving organisational success through effective people management.

Adrian Quinlan – Financial Controller
Adrian is a Chartered Accountant with a Big 4 background and extensive professional experience in audit, accounting, and financial reporting.
He brings strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to guide teams to deliver high-quality work through clear direction and effective collaboration.
Adrian is highly analytical, with well-developed problem-solving skills gained from working across a range of industries, including banking, financial services, retail, insurance, and investment banking.

Caroline Dunne – Recruitment Manager
With over 9 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, Caroline has developed a strong expertise in sourcing, recruiting, and retaining top talent in the home care industry.
Currently serving as Recruitment Manager at Harmony Care, Caroline leads the recruitment efforts to ensure the highest standard of care through the selection of qualified professionals who align with the company’s values.
In addition to hands-on experience, Caroline holds a qualification in People Management and HR, which has further enhanced her ability to foster strong working relationships and optimize recruitment processes.

Grainne Dollard – Quality Assurance Manager
Grainne Dollard is the Quality Assurance Manager at Harmony Care, Grainne has 10 years of extensive experience in social care.
Grainne has developed a deep understanding of care standards, compliance, and safeguarding practices which she brings to her role daily, Grainne plays a pivotal role not only for maintaining high standards of care but also for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Grainne’s commitment to quality goes beyond compliance; she actively fosters a young person approach. Grainne is dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of care for the young people in Harmony Care.

Emma Lyons – Administration Manager
With over 3 years of experience in accounts administration, Emma joined Harmony Care in December 2024.
Drawing on a diverse background that spans roles in the hotel, dairy, and insurance industries, Emma brings a wealth of expertise to the Harmony Care team.
